Nothing is shipped
OperationForgeX is a service, not a physical product. A booking buys a seat at a four-day event held at Hyatt Dehradun from 27 to 30 November 2026. There is no courier delivery and no shipping charge.
What you receive and when
- On screen, as soon as the payment succeeds: a confirmation with your booking reference.
- By email, within minutes of payment: the confirmation email with the tax invoice for the amount paid.
- By email, at least 14 days before 27 November 2026: joining instructions, the reporting time and place, the packing list and confirmation of your kit sizes.
- On arrival at Hyatt Dehradun: the kit is issued to you in person, along with your platoon assignment.
When a seat is confirmed
A seat is confirmed only when FYDO confirms the payment. Until then the booking is held but not confirmed, and the seat may be taken by another participant.
If the confirmation email has not arrived
Check the spam or promotions folder of the address you used to book. If it is not there 24 hours after payment, write to support@caizoncreations.com with the name and phone number you booked with. We will resend the confirmation and the invoice.
