Who we are
These booking terms are issued by Caizon Creations Pvt Ltd, registered at 8 Satva Homes, Nr. G.S.T. Compound, Nr. Khodiyar,, Digvijaynagar, Ahmedabad 382470, Gujarat, India. OperationForgeX is a civilian experience and is not affiliated with any armed force.
The booking
The event runs from 27 to 30 November 2026 at Hyatt Dehradun, India. A ticket covers one person.
A ticket includes:
- The programme
- Accommodation as per the occupancy of the ticket
- Meals
- Kit
A ticket does not include:
- Travel to Dehradun
- Insurance
- Personal expenses
Eligibility and fitness
You must be 18 or older on the first day of the event.
You declare your own activity level when you book. We use it to match you to the right level of the programme. Medical clearance is the responsibility of the participant. If in doubt, see a doctor before booking.
The organiser may withdraw a participant at any point on safety grounds. The cancellation and refund schedule applies to such a withdrawal.
Prices and payment
Current ticket options are:
- Buddy Pair, buddy sharing room, from Rs 80,000
- Private Quarters, exclusive room, from Rs 1,10,000
The final payable amount, applicable taxes and booking details are shown on FYDO before payment.
Bookings and payments are completed on the linked FYDO checkout. A GST invoice is available on request.
The GST invoice will carry our GSTIN: 24AAECW2715P1Z1.
Buddy pairs and occupancy
Buddy Pair tickets use a shared room. Private Quarters tickets use an exclusive room. The final room and occupancy details are shown on FYDO before payment.
Conduct and safety
Participants must follow the instructions of the organiser and its instructors at all times. A list of prohibited items and the rules on alcohol are shared with participants. The representative of the organiser holds the final authority on conduct and safety in the field.
Photography and media
The event is photographed and filmed. By booking, you consent to the use of event photography and footage for the organiser's use. To opt out, write to support@caizoncreations.com before the event.
Liability
Participation involves physical exertion and carries inherent risk. The organiser does not provide personal accident, medical or travel insurance for participants; you are advised to arrange your own cover. To the extent permitted by Indian law, the liability of the organiser is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
Changes to the programme and force majeure
The organiser may change the schedule or the venue of the event where a change of similar standard is made. If the organiser cancels the event, the participant receives a full refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
