What we collect
For the event we collect:
- Identity and contact details
- Date of birth
- City and country
- Profile and objective
- Gender, for clothing allocation
- Kit sizes
- Dietary preference
- Activity level
- Emergency contact
- Consent records, each with a timestamp
- IP address and browser identifier
- Payment status and booking-platform identifiers
We never collect card or bank details.
Why we collect it
We use this data to run the event, look after participant safety, make room and clothing allocations, issue invoices, and meet our legal obligations.
Who processes it
- FYDO and its payment providers, for booking and payment processing
- Google Firebase, which stores the data in the asia-south1 region
- Google Analytics, for site usage with consent
How long we keep it
We keep event data until 24 months after the event, or longer where tax law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask to access your data, correct it, or delete it where that is lawful. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@caizoncreations.com. Complaints go to our grievance officer, Samay Patel, at support@caizoncreations.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to the organiser's staff.
Children
The event is open to participants aged 18 or older only.
